·       Women is base of family, when you empower a women, you empower whole family.
·       Women have more influence on children and thus society.
·       Empowerment of women will give new workforce for the society.
·       Women empowerment means providing women equal right in the society as of men, it means that the women of the nation be given equal rights and equal respect when it comes to their financial development and job security.
·       Women took part in different role of family like she act role of daughter of her parents, wife for husband, mother for children so when you empower women you basically empowering whole family.

Conclusion:-

·       Woman is important part of our society and her empowerment is must for development.
·       The Government and we, have the responsibility towards women empowerment.
·        In developed countries every member of women of society is in equal position. But in developing countries we need to empower people who are not receiving equal treatment.
